Sunday Family-Style Dinner
Ah, the traditional Sunday dinner. What better way to wind down after a busy, fun-filled weekend than with a casual family-style feast? Since our Backstreet BBQ doesn't start until late spring, Scape is still doing something very family and neighborhood oriented on Sunday night. That's why I thought it would be great to create a special, mouth-watering Family-Style Dinner Menu that includes Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Cheddar Mashed-Potatoes, Green Beans and Creamed Corn. Sunday Night BBQ – May 24
Nothing says summer like the grill. Move over brats and patties and enjoy mouthwatering grilled meats like never before. Join us for Sunday night barbeque that includes BBQ baby back ribs, “Brick” chicken, wood-grilled skirt steak, wood-grilled Scape burger, a picnic table with fingerling potato salad, chopped field green salad, cheddar-honey cornbread, sweet corn on the cobb and Fitz’s Root Beer floats and strawberry shortcake.
